  • What type of films do you offer?

    We offer modern, shorter cinematic style films (1-10 minutes long) as well as traditional, longer documentary style films (30 minutes-1 hour long)

  • How will I receive my film(s)?

    Your films will be delivered digitally with an online link. We offer additional storage options such as Blu-ray, USB drive, and coffee table video albums.

  • What is the process to get more information and possibly secure you to capture my wedding?

    We would love to work with you! You can fill out our contact form here, shoot us an email here, or give us a call here. We want to get to know you better and hear all about your upcoming wedding! We will provide you with our Investment Guide, more information about our company, and help you select options that suit your videography needs. After that, we will send you a proposal and contract to review and sign along with directions to complete your deposit.

  • Can I customize my film?

    Yes! We take notes from our conservation with you and use those notes as guidance when creating your film. We want you film to be personal to you and we encourage you to give us feedback regarding your preference for song (lyrical vs instrumental), mood (romantic, upbeat, chill etc), voiceovers etc. Your film will be a family heirloom and we welcome your input!

  • Can I use my favorite song?

    We only use music that is available for copyright use so there is a possibility we may not be able to use your favorite songs. We purchase music from https://www.musicbed.com and https://www.soundstripe.com/1 and they have a wonderful selection of music. You are more than welcome to browse and see if you like anything on their site. 

  • When will I receive my film(s)?

    Sneak peeks are delivered within 2 weeks. All other films are delivered within 2-3 months. 

  • Can rehearsal dinner be billed separately to my in-laws?

    Absolutely, just let us know and we will send a proposal and contract to them.

  • What is the payment process?

    The deposit is 1/3 of your total balance. The remaining 2/3 are due midway between booking and your wedding and the month before your wedding.

  • Can add-ons be made at a later date?

    If possible, we encourage you to make all add-ons at time of booking since availability, pricing, and collection contents are subject to change. However, you are more than welcome to make add-ons at a later date- just let us know and we will make adjustments to your contract.

  • How do you accept Payment?

    Once you decide to book with us, we will send you a link that contains a Proposal, Contract, and Invoice. The Invoice page will allow you to make your payment online using your preferred method of payment. Paying online is the quickest method however if you prefer to mail a check let us know and we will give you the address to mail it to.
